Making a gingerbread house is incredibly nostalgic for us, but we hadn't done it in years. Avoiding dyes, processed dairy and gluten, and inflammatory ingredients isn't easy when it comes to convenient traditions like this. And we weren't prepared enough to make our own.

When we came across Little Chefs GF Gingerbread baking kit, it was an answer to all our childhood dreams! Baking it ourselves made EASY! This kit comes with Gingerbread mix, all the cookie cutters you'll need, white chocolate icing, plant-based candies, and dye free icing with piping bags!

This kit makes TWO gingerbread houses.

Ingredients

The recipe, mixes, and decorating supplies that come in the Double Gingerbread Houses kit are all certified gluten free, vegan and also free of dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, sesame, fish, shellfish and artificial dyes.

Gingerbread Mix: rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, xanthan gum, pectin (lemon derivative), Wholesome fair trade organic light brown cane sugar, Wholesome fair trade organic cane sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, baking soda, and kosher salt.

White Chocolate Icing: sugar, palm kernel oil, natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, salt.

Plant-based Rainbow Sprinkles: cane sugar, palm kernel and palm oil, corn starch, vegetable juice, sunflower lecithin, annatto extract, spirulina extract, turmeric, beta-carotene, paprika oleoresin, maltodextrin, carnauba wax, cellulose gum.

Red plant-based sanding sugar: Organic cane sugar, beet (color), vegetable glaze.

Green plant-based sanding sugar: Organic cane sugar, butterfly pea (color), curcumin (color), carnauba wax, vegetable glaze.

Purple plant-based sanding sugar: Organic cane sugar, butterfly pea (color), beet (bolor), carnauba wax.

Crushed Peppermint: Cane sugar, corn syrup, vegetable juice (for color) & natural peppermint oil.
